Here are the county’s projections of future road improvement costs for Treasure State Acres — as well as a tentative overlay schedule — and its proposed RID fee increases to adequately cover expected future costs. The county plans to send notices in July to TSA property owners the estimated road repair costs and its proposed fee hikes. It will also schedule a public hearing in early August to allow TSA residents a chance to comment.
